If payment is made by Paypal, credit card, Giropay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the delivery time begins on the day after the order is placed. When paying by prepayment, the delivery time starts on the second day after the payment order has been given to the transferring bank.  If the end of the stated delivery time falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the delivery time is extended accordingly and the package is delivered on the following day. As soon as the parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking code from us, which you can use to check the route of your parcel online in the DHL shipment tracking system.
